Recovery of Valuable Elements
- Valuable elements from the waste liquid are collected or treated for reuse in the manufacturing process.
- 1) Noble Metals, Rare Metals and Valuable Heavy Metals
→Diaphragm electrolysis, selective ion exchange resins, H2S and Method, etc.
2) Nitric Acid and Other Acids
→Selective ion exchange resins, ion exchange membrane, etc.
3) Plating Solution to Last Longer
→Selective ion exchange resins.

- 重金属廃水の高度処理と金属の回収・リサイクルを可能にするシステム。
- 1) 発生ガスをモニターすることにより、化学反応の終点を正確に測定し制御する。
2) 硫化剤を過不足なく添加することで、悪臭ガスの発生を抑制
3) 正確な硫化剤の添加により、コロイド化を防ぐ - ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、スズ、水銀など
